Any HVAC service and maintenance contract with Blakes will ensure you comply with your unit manufacturer’s warranty, or if out of warranty will maximise the life of your HVAC equipment whilst maintaining a high standard of air quality and condition.
We will work with you to tailor a maintenance plan to your specific equipment and business needs, provide detailed inspections, cleaning and remedial work, provide a detailed report after every visit and give you priority status for all emergency call outs.

Comprehensive Service & Maintenance
